Junior Project Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating among multidisciplinary team in the plant in order to achieve project requirements
  • Supporting Project Manager in identifying resources required, key activities, dependencies and project milestones.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely updates on project progress and spendings
  • Supporting Project Manager in the coordination of project team meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables
  • Providing support to Project Manager with change management process and document updates (project briefs, project plans, risk register and test plans)
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of the project
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Drafting reports and presentation slides

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical science
  • Experience in working in the project management team
  • Well-developed communication and organizing skills
  • Advance level of English language
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Excel advance level
