Laboratory Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading teams in Metrology Laboratory, Cleanliness Laboratory, Metallography Laboratory and MSA & Calibration
- Preparing, monitoring and executive yearly budget for responsible Laboratories and resources assigned
- Keeping equipment timely serviced and calibrated
- Promoting Integrated Management System Policy and 3Q6S Policy in assigned areas
- Developing necessary documentation for efficient and safe usage of Laboratory tools and equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement of Integrated Management system on site according to customer specific requirements and IATF16949, CSR, ISO14001, ISO45001 and internal Guidelines and apply in area of responsibility
- Collecting and processing Laboratory KPIs, Track Action Plants and improvement and report to QA Manager
- Organizing tasks, resources and make prioritization in base of Plant needs
- Responsible to organize internal and external calibration of Measurement equipment for entire Plant scope
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in the field of Quality Management Systems or Technical science
- Relevant work experience in laboratories management in automotive industry
- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ISO17025
- Developed solution-based approach to resolve issues
- Developed communication skills
- Developed people management skills
- Developed ability to provide effective feedback
- Developed ability to make decisions, and to take responsibility for outcomes
- Developed ability to working with cross-functional teams
- Advanced MS office skills
- Fluency in English
