Metrology Engineer
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purchase of measurement equipment, purchase spare parts, organize calibration and maintenance on time of equipment
- Leads team of laboratory technicians
- In charge of measurements of the finished product, components and tools according to the schedule
- Organizes measurements for various types of analyses and participates in problem solving groups
- Responsible for reporting and analysis the results of measurements
- Develops common measurement systems and methods between Nidec and the supplier to ensure reliable results
- Responsible for internal documentation (metrological instructions and procedures, instructions for carrying out measurements)
- Purchase gauges and measurement fixtures and perform calibration timely
- Responsible for Metrology and Cleanliness
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- VI or VII level of education in technical sciences
- 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Automotive
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Knowledge of Lean Mnf. tools
- Operational knowledge of IATF 16949
- Knowledge of ISO 17025
- Ability to measure on the following measuring devices: Mitutoyo 3D Coordinate measurement, Profile Projector, Roughness, roundness and contour meter, Profilometer, Digital Projector
- Knowledge of cleanliness procedures
