Metrology Technician
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carries out measurements of the finished product, components and tools according to the schedule
- Prepares measurements for various types of analyses and participates in problem solving groups
- Prepares a report and analyzes the results of measurements
- Develops common measurement systems and methods between Nidec and the supplier to ensure reliable results
- Creates internal documentation (metrological instructions and procedures, instructions for carrying out measurements)
- Provides support in purchase of control and measurement equipment
- Perform calibration on time for Metrology equipment
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum High school education
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 17025
- Ability to measure on the following measuring devices: CMM, Profile Projector, Roughness, roundness and contour meter, Profilometer
